Alliance Real Estate Advisors was founded by Edward Carr, who has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience.
Prior to forming Alliance Real Estate Advisors, Mr. Carr served as Vice President of Leasing for Urban Innovations, Ltd., one of Chicago's premier commercial loft development companies.
Before joining Urban Innovations, Ltd., Mr. Carr spent over 10 years providing real estate services with national brokerage companies Cushman & Wakefield, Grubb & Ellis and the prominent Chicago firm of Baird & Warner.
Mr. Carr graduated from DePaul University with a degree in Finance.
He is a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, Chicago Real Estate Organization, Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
