Mr. Shacket has spent three years researching properties for the Alliance Real Estate Advisors which includes contacting individuals, corporations and government agencies to discover existing commercial real estate opportunities for sale and lease.
He performs comprehensive "deep searches" on a worldwide basis to uncover soon-to-be listed, REO, or unlisted private offerings from owners, brokers and financial institutions.
Prior to entering the field of real estate, he spent 35 years at major advertising agencies.
