Focus:
Assisting private and public investors in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties on a local and global basis, as well as developing and managing all aspects of company marketing and research.
Experience:
Before joining Alliance Real Estate Advisors in 2007, Mr. Filippelli had acquired more than twenty years of sales, marketing, and management experience working with various companies and clients within the consumer electronics industry. Most notably, he was the founder and Executive Director of an international distribution company for over twelve years and built the brand both domestically and globally.
Mr. Filippelli's current projects include various hotel, alternative energy, and large investment properties and developments.
