Experience:
Mr. Hayes has experience in both residential and commercial real estate and spent the last year as the senior leasing agent for one of Central Illinois' leading commercial real estate firms.
He has been involved with the leasing of new office buildings, retail strip malls and build-to-suit projects. Mr. Hayes joined The Alliance Real Estate Advisors in March 2007.
